gaaraxnaruto one shot

He was lying outsie in the rain, don in the damp, cool grass, listening, just listening.
Listening to the gentle patter of the cold drops on the leaves of the tree behind him, the
gentle splash of the pond as it was hit with all the tears the sky cried down on Gaara
in his lonliness. As he listened, he heard someone walk out from behind the rain soaked
tree. He didn'tbother to look around, only one other person even knew where this place
was. "Why are you just sitting out in the rain, Gaara-kun? You should come to my house
and dry off a bit." the newcomer said quietly, almost in a whisper. "How would that look,
Naruto-kun? Two soaked men going into and apartment together? What would people
think?" he said, sarcasm laced in his voice. "Come on, you know you really want to." Naruto
said, bending over the redhead's face. Gaara blushed as their noses touched. "Please?"
Naruto begged, gving Gaara puppy dog eyes. Who could say no to a face that cute? He
sighed and started to stand up. Naruto smiled widly at him, took his wet hand in his and
draged him towards his apartment. As they ran, mud splashed off the roads and on to their
clothes, covering their feet in dirt. As they reached the buliding, they heard the crackle of
thunder and saw the flash of lightning. It started to rain harder now and by the time they
got through the door, they were soaked to the bone.

They sliped and slid on the stairs, laughing at eachother and how stupid they must look, two eighteen year old kages, drenched and sliding around on the stairs. As they walked through
the door, Naruto grabed Gaara's hand again and led him toward the bedroom. He closed
the door behind them and faced Gaara. "Now, we need to get those wet clothes off you, come
here." he said. Gaara walked over to Naruto and was pulled in to a tight hug. Even though they were both freezing, he could feel the warmth coming from the taller person's body. It felt
good, forget good, it felt great, to be hugged by someone who cared about you. Suddenly
he felt something cold touch his chin. It lifted his face upward so he was looking directly
in to Naruto's smiling blue eyes. "You know your really cute when your wet like this?" he
said causing him to blush even more. Before he could say anything back to him,  he felt  
the blonds warm lips touch his cold ones. At first he was shocked, than he closed his eyes
and gave in to anything Naruto wanted. While they were kissing, he could feel Naruto
start to undo the vest he wore and slide it down off his arms. Naruto took his hands in his and pushed him down on to the huge bed in the middle of the room. He pinned him on the bed
with him on top of Gaara, never letting the kiss break. He let go of his hands for a minute
to take off Gaara's black tanktop, as well as his own shirt. Now most of their cothes were
in a pile on the floor, and the room was much, much hotter.

Just as Naruto was reaching for Gaara's waist to undo his pants, he was jerked out of his
fantasy.

Naruto still layed under him, but now he was awake. "You okay? You were  starting to
sweat a bit. Were you sleeping?" he asked. *Why? Why did he heve to stop his fantasy
than?! Naruto-kun was so cute. Those abs, those pex! Why did it have to end so soon?*
He thought, trying to keep Naruto's half naked image in his head so he wouldn't forget it.
Naruto looked at him quizically. "I'm fine. What time is it?" he asked. Naruto looked over at
the digital clock next to him. *Oh well. Maybe tonight that won't be a fantasy any longer.* Gaara thought as he watched Naruto turn around smiling like he always did whe he was with Gaara.
